1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Cyber Bit Play Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile game application (the "Game") available on Google Play Store.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.
2. Eligibility

3. License Grant

- Not engage in griefing, trolling, or disruptive behavior
- Not intentionally disconnect or abandon matches
- Follow game rules and community guidelines
- Report violations and inappropriate behavior
6.2 Communication and Chat
If the Game includes chat or communication features:
- Do not use hate speech, discriminatory language, or threats
- Do not spam, flood, or send repetitive messages
- Do not share personal information (yours or others')
- Do not advertise, solicit, or promote external services
- We reserve the right to monitor and moderate communications
- Violations may result in chat restrictions or account suspension
6.3 Fair Play and Anti-Cheat
We are committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment:
- Use of cheats, bots, or automation tools is strictly prohibited
- Exploiting bugs or glitches for competitive advantage is forbidden
- Account sharing or boosting services are not allowed
- We employ anti-cheat systems to detect violations
- Confirmed cheaters will be permanently banned
- We may reset progress or rankings of violators
6.4 Matchmaking and Rankings
For competitive features:
- Matchmaking is based on skill level and other factors
- Intentionally losing to manipulate rankings is prohibited
- We reserve the right to adjust rankings and matchmaking algorithms
- Seasonal rankings may be reset periodically
7. Leaderboards and Achievements
7.1 Leaderboard Participation
By participating in leaderboards:
- Your username and scores will be publicly visible
- You consent to display of your achievements and statistics
- We reserve the right to remove fraudulent or suspicious entries
- Leaderboards may be reset or modified at our discretion
- You can opt out of leaderboards in Google Play Games settings
7.2 Achievement System
Regarding in-game achievements:
- Achievements are tracked through Google Play Games Services
- Achievement progress is synced across your devices
- We may add, modify, or remove achievements in updates
- Unlocking achievements through cheating may result in removal
- Achievement rewards (if any) are subject to our discretion
7.3 Cloud Save and Progress
If you use cloud save features:
- Your game progress is stored on Google's servers
- You can sync progress across multiple devices
- We are not responsible for data loss due to Google service issues
- Conflicts between local and cloud saves are resolved automatically
- You can manually manage cloud saves in game settings
8. In-App Purchases
The Game may offer in-app purchases for virtual items, currency, or features.
8.1 Payment Terms
- All purchases are processed through Google Play Store
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- You are responsible for all charges incurred
- Payment information is handled by Google Play
8.2 Virtual Items
- Virtual items have no real-world value
- Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money
- We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual items
- Virtual items are non-transferable and non-refundable
8.3 Refunds
All purchases are final. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play Store according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

If you create or submit content within the Game, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.

11. Advertising
The Game may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. We do not control the content of these advertisements and are not responsible for:

- Products or services advertised
- Actions taken by advertisers
- Data collection by ad networks (see Privacy Policy)
12. Privacy and Data Collection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Game, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Updates and Modifications

14. Termination

14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Game ends immediately
- You must cease all use of the Game
- You lose access to your account and virtual items
- No refunds will be provided for purchases
15. Disclaimers
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
15.1 No Warranties
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBER BIT PLAY STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption or loss of goodwill
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game
- Damages related to third-party services or content
- Unauthorized access to your data or account
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cyber Bit Play Studio, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Game
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your content or conduct within the Game
18. Dispute Resolution
18.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@cyberbitplaystudio.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
18.2 Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
18.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Cyber Bit Play Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
20. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Providing in-game notification or email
Your continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyber Bit Play Studio regarding the Game.
24. Google Play Store Compliance
This Game is distributed through Google Play Store and complies with Google Play policies. Your use of the Game is also subject to Google Play Terms of Service.
